Munster Swim Club (MSC) is pleased to introduce a Learn-to-Swim (LTS) program at the Munster High School pool that will familiarize your child with safe swimming and build a positive foundation for their swim education.
LTS will be held on Saturday mornings from 8-8:30am & 8:45-9:15am, beginning on 4/18.
The LTS structure will be small group instruction with a ratio of 5 students maximum to one instructor.
Students may be enrolled beginning at age 4 and ageing out at age 6.
Saturday morning lessons will be scheduled as the pool/club schedule permits. Registration slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance will be on a weekly drop-in basis. The fee per student for each Saturday of instruction is $20.
Registration for a Saturday slot must be completed by Wednesday at 8pm of that same week. Cancellations made after the registration deadline, and no-shows, will be charged the lesson fee of $20.
Safety is MSC’s number one priority and we must ensure appropriate staffing for students who register.
For those students who age out of LTS, MSC has a developmental swim team group for those swimmers who are beginning their swim team journey. Private swim instruction is available, at an additional cost, for students who need and/or desire additional skill development.

Some key points:
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled lesson using Doot "I" of the MHS Aquatic Center
- Come through the hallway center doors for POOL ENTRY and have a seat on the bench as you come in
- Payment will be done via Check or Paypal machine on site
- Please dont forget your suit, googles & towel
- Parents will be allowed to sit on the deck and observe while the lesson is happening but we are asking that you do not interfere unless asked to
- Parents are allowed to use the common restrooms down the hall but you may not use the aquatic center locker rooms. Please adhere to our Safe Sport for kids policy. Children may use the locker room if they choose to
